My mom made 'Sun Kue' yesterday.
It is a traditional dessert made of glutinous rice flour and tapioca starch.
The fillings consist of Jicama (Bengkuang), Shiitake Mushroom, Dried Shrimp/Ebi, Carrot and Meat which you can either use Chicken/Pork depend on your personnal preference.
You also must fried a lot of shallots and use the remaining oil for making the fillings and as coating on the steamer and steam it for at least 15mins.
